Not-for-Profit & Pro Bono: Purpose Partners operates as a not-for-profit organisation. Our work is delivered on a pro bono or heavily subsidised basis, ensuring that world-class strategic support is accessible to Muslim charities and community organisations regardless of budget.
Rooted in Tamkeen: Dedicated to building competence, capabilities, resources, and genuine empowerment — enabling organisations to fulfill their sacred mission in the spirit of khidma (service).
Community Over Commerce: We reinvest all surplus back into the sector. Our sole measure of success is the lasting impact we create for the communities our clients serve.
Receive the same calibre of strategic counsel that corporates pay premium fees for — made accessible to charities and non-profit organisations through our values-driven, community-first approach.
Every surplus generated is channelled back into building the capacity of Muslim charities, creating a self-sustaining cycle of community uplift.
We are not a transactional provider. We walk alongside you — building your internal capability so your organisation can thrive independently for generations to come.
We cultivate organisations towards their divine purpose.
Vision and mission rooted directly in the word of Allah.
Bringing best in class strategy, analysis, planning, and delivery discipline to objectives, intimately tailored to your community context.
Supporting the journey from abstract ideas to measurable implementation.
We walk alongside you as advisors, not just external consultants.
Building competence, capabilities, resources, and empowerment for long-term independence.
Our sole goal is capacity building—optimising impact to be fully God-centric and sustainable.
Khidma is personal to us; over two decades of intimate support for UK organisations.

Coming SoonExpert Talent Pool
My work has always focused on bringing sincere, best-in-class skills and experience to the sector that needs it most. The talent within our wider community remains largely untapped — and unlocking it is central to everything we do at Purpose Partners.
"There is great professional expertise sitting outside the Muslim charity sector that, with the right facilitation, could transform the organisations serving our communities."
— Zahed Ahmed, Founding Partner
Across our community there are professionals — strategists, technologists, lawyers, clinicians, financiers — whose skills could meaningfully transform Muslim charities and organisations. Purpose Partners exists to be the bridge between that talent and the sector.
Drawing on extensive experience managing volunteer pools and building pro bono talent networks — including for non-Muslim third sector organisations — we create structured, purposeful engagement. This isn't ad hoc volunteering; it's expert contribution matched carefully to organisational need.
We identify, vet, and place skilled professionals into time-bound, high-impact engagements with Muslim organisations. We manage the relationship on both sides — ensuring the experience is rewarding for the expert and genuinely transformative for the organisation receiving support.
If you are a senior professional with expertise to offer and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the Muslim charity sector, we want to hear from you. We welcome experts from all backgrounds — you do not need to work in the third sector already.
